On April 23 afternoon, Vice President Liu Yanhong of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) met with Henry Li, Co-founder and Partner of the Australian Law Firm Longton Blackwell and his delegation at the Haidian campus.

Vice President Liu Yanhong warmly welcomed Henry Li and his delegation. She proposed joint efforts to establish the “CUPL Center for Foreign-Related Rule of Law (Australia)” as an international platform. This initiative aims to build an integrated “teaching-research-practice” educational system, create an academic hub for China-Australia foreign-related rule of law research, and promote collaborative innovation in legal services and talent cultivation, so as to develop the center into a model for China-Australia legal exchange.

Following the meeting, the representatives of both parties signed the “Memorandum of Understanding between CUPL Center for Foreign-Related Rule of Law and Longton Blackwell”.
