The China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) has two campuses: the Haidian campus and the Changping campus. The Haidian campus is located adjacent to the Beijing Third Ring Road and Jimenqiao (Bridge) in northwest Beijing, and is easily accessible by subway from the Capital Airport or any of Beijing’s railway stations.  The Changping campus is located approximately 50 kilometers north of the Haidian Campus (and 50 kilometers west of the Capital Airport), and is best accessed by the CUPL shuttle bus (departing from the Haidian Campus East Gate—see shuttle bus schedule), by subway, or by taxi.

Haidian (Graduate) Campus by subway

Two subway stops (Xitucheng, to the north; Dazhong Si, to the west) are located near the Haidian campus.   Here is how to reach the main gate (“East Gate”) from each of the two subway stations:

Xitucheng subway station (Line 10):

Exit the Xitucheng station's southwest gate (“D” Gate) and proceed straight ahead (south) on the sidewalk along Xitucheng Road.  Continue walking approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the Xitucheng Road and Jimen Bridge (Beijing Third Ring Road) intersection.  Descend the stairs, and walk through the second pedestrian tunnel on your left.  As you exit the pedestrian tunnel, bear left, and ascend the set of stairs.  Walk 200 meters straight ahead (south, along Xitucheng Road). CUPL's East Gate is to your right (and you will be facing the white-colored lecture hall building).  Estimated walking distance:  20-25 minutes.

Dazhong Si subway station (Line 13):

Walk out the Dazhong Si subway station exit (there is only one exit), and bear right.  Ascend one flight of stairs; bear right, descend the stairs, and walk under the railway (subway) bridge.  Walk on the sidewalk (east) parallel to the Beijing Third Ring Road, passing under one pedestrian bridge. Continue walking until you reach the Xitucheng Road and Jimen Bridge (Beijing Third Ring Road) intersection. Bear right, and ascend the stairs on your right. Walk 200 meters straight ahead (south, along Xitucheng Road).   CUPL's East Gate is to your right (and you will be facing the white-colored lecture hall building).  Estimated walking distance:  10-15 minutes.

Changping (Undergraduate) Campus by subway

Two subway stops (Changping Dongguan, to the east; Changping, to the west) are located near the Changping campus.  Here is how to reach the main gate (“South Gate”) from each of the two subway stations:

Changping Dongguan subway station (Line Changping):

Exit the Changping Dongguan station's northwest gate (“A” Gate) and turn left to proceed west on the sidewalk along Fuxue Road.  Continue walking approximately 1.3 kilometer. CUPL's South Gate is to your right.  Estimated walking distance:  15-20 minutes.

Changping subway station (Line Changping):

Exit the Changping station's northwest gate (“A” Gate) and turn right to proceed east on the sidewalk along Fuxue Road.  Continue walking approximately 1.2 kilometer. CUPL's South Gate is to your left.  Estimated walking distance:  15-20 minutes.

Haidian (Graduate) Campus and Changping (Undergraduate) Campus Taxi Directions

Both campuses are well known to taxi drivers.  If you cannot speak Chinese, you may simply give the directions (below) to the driver.
