On August 29, 2013, at Xueyuan Lu Campus, President Huang Jin and Vice President Zhang Guilin met with Mr. Robert O’Neill, Executive Director of International City/County Management Association (ICMA), and Ms. Judit Deilinger, Director of ICMA International.
Both sides expressed their hopes to conduct long and deep cooperation. Furthermore, the two sides exchanged views on certain matters such as CUPL delegates attending ICMA’s annual meeting in America in the second half of this year, and ICMA International Committee’s planned annual meeting in Yangzhou, China next year.
