China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) was bathed in the lush hues of spring as it successfully inaugurated its first-ever "Yulan Alumni Festival" and Homecoming Day events, marking a joyous reunion of past and present members of the CUPL community.

On the morning of May 18, the anticipation was palpable as volunteers from the Alumni Association and college-specific "Alumni Homecoming Reception Stations" prepared to welcome returning alumni with open arms.

The day's events were rich and varied. Nearly a hundred alumni participated in this year's CUPL Marathon, adding a lively scene to the campus. Volunteers from the Alumni Service Federation cheered on the participants. The art exhibition "Big Hands Hold Little Hands - Painting Our Home Together" and the "Getting to Know You" school history exhibition were bustling with activity. Alumni revisited familiar landmarks with "Meet at the Pioneer Ox!" The "Youth Memories - CUPL Food Bazaar," outdoor concerts by alumni and current students, the CUPL Alumni "Anniversary Cup" Football Invitational, the first "Anniversary Cup" Table Tennis Invitational by the Alumni Table Tennis Association, and cycling events organized by the Finance Alumni Association and Beijing Alumni Association added vibrant highlights to CUPL's 72nd anniversary celebration.

As the sun set on the 18th, the Changping Campus Auditorium was the epicenter of the first "Yulan Alumni Festival" and the annual Outstanding Alumni Awards Gala.
