The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United States of America and the China Education Association for International Exchange jointly hosted two China-themed seminars during the conference. At the seminar on promoting China-US educational cooperation on the morning of May 30, Mr. Shi Jianzhong used the international development of CUPL as an example, citing data and cases to vividly illustrate the primary considerations for Chinese students choosing to study abroad, highlighting the roles of factors such as foreign university rankings, scholarships, academic support, and safety. Minister Counselor Shen Xue-song from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United States also spoke at the seminar, emphasizing the importance of China-US educational exchange and cooperation. He expressed a willingness to work with the U.S. to promote exchanges, quoting, "If you want to walk fast, walk alone. But if you want to walk far, walk together." In the afternoon seminar, Yang Jun, Secretary-General of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), and Wang Fan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sun Yat-sen University, gave speeches promoting the achievements of higher education in China and the initiatives to encourage studying in China and youth exchanges. Nearly 300 international education professionals participated in the two seminars, making it a successful effort to globalize Chinese education perspectives.

From May 31 to June 2, overcoming flight delays and the hardships of long-distance travel, the CUPL delegation joined the China Education Association for International Exchange delegation in conducting productive educational exchange activities in Mexico. On May 31, Shi Jianzhong attended the "China-Mexico Higher Education Exchange Conference". This conference was jointly organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange and the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES, Mexico), with Chinese Ambassador to Mexico Zhang Run and Secretary-General Yang Jun delivering speeches.

Tepresentatives from 24 universities in Mexico, including the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo De México (ITAM) and the Universidad Panamericana (UP), totalling 33 university representatives, participated in the event. CUPL delegates actively exchanged ideas with representatives from various Mexican universities, discussing the content and methods of cooperation in disciplines such as law, political science, and business. In the afternoon, delegation members visited Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad De Mexico, where they introduced their features, disciplinary development, and international exchange programs. Shi Jianzhong had an in-depth exchange with its Vice President Alejandro Anaya Muñoz, praised the university's achievements, and presented gifts on behalf of CUPL. Li Juqian also introduced the World Jurists Forum, held by CUPL in May, to the representatives of Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad De Mexico.

This educational exchange activity in the U.S. and Mexico consolidated existing partnerships, explored new partners, further identified areas for practical cooperation, showcased CUPL's achievements and strengths on the international education exchange stage, and strengthened interactions with domestic universities participating in the exchange activities, making it a fruitful educational exchange.
