On February 26, the Research Base for the Rule of Law in Immigration Administration, jointly established by the National Immigration Administration (NIA) and China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), was unveiled in CUPL. Some thirty experts and scholars from CUPL, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, People’s Public Security University of China, Zhejiang Police College and other well-known universities and colleges were appointed the first batch of experts for the research base.
On the same day, experts from the research base and principals of the NIA attended the seminar on “Opening a New Chapter for the Rule of Law in Immigration Administration under the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress”.
