According to the Guiding Outline of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities (Jiao Gao〔2020〕No.3) and Work Plan for Comprehensively Promoting Ideological and Political Construction of Colleges and Universities in Beijing (Jiao Gao〔2021〕No.2), and after recommendation, expert review, online disclosure and other procedures, the Municipal Education Commission of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government announced the demonstrative courses, distinguished teachers and teaching teams of ideological and political courses in Beijing.
Eight courses recommended by China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) were selected as demonstrative courses, including five courses for undergraduates, two for postgraduates, and one for continuing education. The teaching teams and team members of the selected demonstrative courses were also selected as distinguished teaching teams and teachers.
These selected courses, teaching teams and teachers demonstrated the great achievements of CUPL in developing ideological and political courses. CUPL will continue to take the initiative and step up support for ideological and political courses. Building upon existing courses and teams, we hope to further improve the ideological and political curriculum in the future.
