On October 12, the National Work Conference on Textbook & the First National Award Ceremony for Outstanding Textbooks was held in Beijing. It’s the first national award program for teaching materials ranging from primary schools to universities and the highest honor in this field. CUPL Professor Emeritus Ying Songnian was awarded as National Honorable Textbook Editor and seven textbooks edited or co-edited by the faculty of CUPL were awarded as National Outstanding Textbooks.
