On June 25, Prof. Gao Xiang from the College of Comparative Law attended the International Seminar on the 40th Anniversary of the Adoption of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) in Beijing. The seminar was co-organized by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the China International Economic and the Trade Arbitration Commission. The seminar was held both online and offline. The online live broadcast platform was available to global audience and has attracted over 46,000 participants from nearly 40 countries and regions. At the seminar, Prof. Gao Xiang delivered a speech on "Incoterms and Its Application in the CISG Context".
