On June 10, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) held the inaugural ceremony for the Legal Expert Committee of the MCT. Twenty-six members of the Legal Expert Committee from universities and colleges, research institutes and units directly under the MCT, as well as officers from the Policy and Regulation Department and various bureaus and departments of the MCT, and the National Cultural Heritage Administration attended the conference. Prof. Chang Baoguo, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Prof. Fan Xiaobo, School of International Law, CUPL, Prof. Zhao Peng, School of Law-Based Government, CUPL, and Prof. Lv Fang, School of Political Science and Public Administration, were appointed as members of the Legal Expert Committee and attended the appointment ceremony.
