On June 10, a ceremony was held at the Beiyuan Unit of the Beijing Traffic Management Bureau to initiate the Smart and Safe Transportation Action Plan. The action plan was funded by the Social Relief Fund for Road Traffic Accidents of the Beijing Traffic Management Bureau. Zhang Kejun, Deputy Director-General of the Beijing Traffic Management Bureau, Yan Libo, Director of the Social Relief Fund for Road Traffic Accident, and Prof. Chang Baoguo, Vice President of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), attended the ceremony. On behalf of CUPL, Vice President Chang signed and exchanged the cooperation agreement with Deputy Director-General Zhang. He then awarded an appointment letter to CUPL tutors and delivered a speech.
