On December 19, the signing and unveiling ceremony of CUPL-Fujian provincial higher people's court legal education practice base was held in Fuzhou. Wu Kailin, Council Chair and President of Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court, and Prof. Ma Huaide, President of CUPL attended the ceremony and jointly unveiled the legal education practice base. According to the agreement, CUPL and the Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court will give full play to their advantages, to carry out in-depth cooperation in multiple areas, such as education and training, case studies, resource sharing, personnel training, etc., through the joint legal education practice base, the judicial talent teaching and training base, personnel exchanges and communication, joint research programs and so on.
