On October 21, Sun Qinghai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Justice of Qinghai, and his delegation, were entrusted by the leaders of the People's Government of Qinghai Province to visit our university and to discuss strategic cooperation matters. President Ma Huaide and heads of CUPL’s relevant departments attended the meeting. At the meeting, the two parties fully communicated and exchanged views on the cooperation framework and content.
