President Huang Jin, born in December 1958, is a male ethnic Han from Lichuan of Hubei Province. He entered the workforce in August 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1980. He graduated from Wuhan University with a degree of Doctor of Laws. He is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor.
He is currently President and Vice Chair of CUPL Council, and Vice President of China Law Society.
He is responsible for organizing and administering the university, auditing, and is in charge of the School of International Law.
