On the afternoon of October 30th, 2012, at the CUPL Changping Campus, CUPL Council Vice-Chair Feng Shiyong met with Prof. Frank J. Mulhern, Vice-Dean of Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications, of Northwestern University, USA. The two sides discussed various topics such as teacher exchange and cooperation over teaching and research.
