The laureates of the 12th Beijing Outstanding Achievement Award for Philosophy and Social Sciences were recently announced. After being approved and adopted by the plenary session of the City Prize Jury, the Award went to a total of 210 works, including 3 Top Grade Prizes, 45 First Prizes and 162 Second Prizes. Seven works of CUPL won awards, with 1 Top Grade Prize, 1 First Prize, and 5 Second Prizes, scoring 3 more than CUPL had the previous year. Works from CUPL in Political Science and Sociology won the Award for the first time.
