On the September 7th, 2012, a signing ceremony was held for a cooperation agreement on the cultivation of “Applied Juridical Studies Doctor (Applied JSD)” between the Supreme People's Court of China (SPC) and CUPL. The signing of that agreement marks the implementation of the recruitment and cultivation for the “Applied Juridical Studies Doctors.”
