On the evening of May 23, 2012, the School of Humanities staged the drama: “The Tragedy of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark.” The classic play was produced by the school’s Chinese Language and Literature Department and presented before a full house in the Assembly Hall on the Changping campus. The drama was reinterpreted to represent the themes of love, hatred, life, and death. CUPL Council Vice-Chair Gao Huanyue was among the performance attendees.
