On March 28, 2012, the 7th lecture in the forum series celebrating CUPL’s 60th anniversary was held on Changping Campus. The seminar was titled “The Construction, Development and Future of Global Studies." CUPL President Huang Jin presided over the forum and delivered a speech.
CUPL Director of the Institute for Globalization and Global Issues Cai Tuo made a presentation focusing on three areas: the global studies discipline; CUPL’s program development in global studies; and, program design and support for doctoral candidates. The institute’s vice-director, Liu Zhenye, also presented remarks.
