"I have been teaching English since the summer of 2008. That time is very vivid in my mind as the Beijing Olympics were taking place and people were enthralled with the games. Over the years I have had the privilege to teach many eager students both in English and in Film. When students are motivated to learn teaching is a pleasure. My experience at CUPL so far has been very pleasurable. The students are vastly studious and respectful. They have shown to be gifted outside the classroom. I have been astonished by not only their English-speaking ability but also by the secret talents many of them possess such as playing the violin, drawing ability, athletic ability, and singing ability. I have been asked for advice by several students on their speech projects for competitions and their proactive behavior to improve their English impressed me. The teachers and staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My department even remodeled an office for foreign educators. I hope to teach at CUPL for a long time."
