Christie Keith Allen has been a foreign teaching expert at China University of Political Science and Law since February 2015. Mr. Keith graduated with a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from Montana (USA) State University, and then studied law at the University of Montana (USA), where he received a Juris Doctorate in 1987. He has been a member of the State of Montana (USA) Lawyers Bar Association since 1987. Before starting his career as a foreign teacher in China, Keith had been a practicing attorney in the USA for nearly twenty years, working in both private practice and for a state governmental agency. He also worked with district court judges as a judicial law clerk. Since 2009, Keith has been a foreign teacher at several well-known Chinese universities, including China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, the Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou and China National University of Defense Technology in Changsha. He has also taught International Legal Writing at the China-European Union School of Law.
