On the afternoon of October 26, 2015, at Xueyuanlu Campus, CUPL Vice-President, Prof.Ma Huaide, met with a visiting delegation composed of 21 members from the Vietnamese People’s Police College, the Vietnam College of International Relations, the Elementary Training School of Vietnamese People’s Police and the Vietnamese People's Public Security Police Academy.
Prof. Ma expressed his hope of taking this visit as an opportunity to promote exchanges and cooperation between CUPL and higher education institutions in Vietnam inthe fields of jurisprudence, the studies on criminal investigation, and the like. Mr. Pham Quang Trung, the head of the Vietnamese delegation and Deputy Director of the Vietnamese People's Public Security Police Academy, said that it is his and his party’s great honor to visit CUPL, and hoped that they could gainpractical teaching and management experience from their CUPL counterparts.
Soon afterwards, delegation members of the Vietnam colleges and universities actively put questions to their hosts, regarding the training of teaching staff in CUPL, the academic grouping of its disciplines, the formalities for Vietnamese teachers and students who want to further their studies in China by using our state-sponsored scholarship programs, etc. Our staff patiently answered thoseq uestions one by one. The meeting ended in a delightful atmosphere.
