After several rounds of consultations, CUPL and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which marked the formal establishment of intercollegiate cooperation between the two partners. On this basis, the two sides agreed to sign the implementation agreement at an early date, which will concern more specific details such as the exchange of teachers and students, an LL.M. scholarship program, and so forth.
