On the morning of June 16, 2013, at Xueyuan Lu Campus, Vice President Zhu Yong and Zhang Baosheng met with Professor Amy Gadsden, Vice Dean of Law School at University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), Professor Jacques deLisle, Director of UPenn Center for East Asian Studies (CEAS), and Mr. Jeffrey Bernstein, China Center Administrative Director of the U.S. Wharton School of Business.
CUPL and UPenn have carried out various informal exchanges for many years. UPenn has played a positive role in promoting bilateral cooperation in the fields of scholar exchange, student cultivation, etc. Both sides hoped to use of this visit to establish a formal cooperative platform.
