On the afternoon of November 20, 2012, at the Beijing International Hotel, CUPL President Huang Jin met with Prof. Hugh Brady, President of University College Dublin (UCD/National University of Ireland, Dublin) along with the rest of the UCD delegation.
The two sides had fruitful talks. After the meeting, the two parties signed the "Cooperation Agreement between CUPL and UCD". According to the agreement, in 2013, the two sides will officially exchange students and visiting scholars and jointly conduct summer programs.
