On April 10, 2012, CUPL President Huang Jin greeted and met with University of Tilburg Professor Ernst M.H. Hirsch Ballin (formerly, the Dutch Minister of Justice) and Professor Ballin’s wife at the Xueyuan Lu (Graduate) Campus. The Dutch visitors were accompanied by the Dutch Ambassador Rudolf S. Bekink.
Following the visit, Professor Hirsch Ballin delivered a lecture to faculty and students titled “The European Union in the 21st century—Worldwide Migration and European Citizenship; Worldwide Financial Relations and a New European Treaty on Fiscal Policy.”
