On December 12, 2011, CUPL’s Research Center of Law and Business Management hosted China’s annual conference on
law and business management. More than 200 prominent authorities from law, business, and education participated in
the forum to discuss the importance of enterprise law for Chinese business. The conference will reconvene in May 2012.
