On November 27, 2011, alumni from Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Macao convened to celebrate CUPL’s 60th anniversary.
Wang Xudong (former director of Guangdong Department of Justice and incumbent president of CUPL Alumni
Association’s Guangdong chapter),Du Guoxing (vice-president and general manager of China Legal Service (H.K.)
LTD.), Li Weibin (president of CUPL Alumni Association, Hong Kong chapter), Ou Yongliang (vice-president
of CUPL Alumni Association, Guangdong chapter), and over 500 other alumni attended the festivities. CUPL
President Huang Jin also attended over the celebration presided by Guo Li.
The attendees amended the chapter's articles and named a new board of directors, electing Wang Pu (Shenzhen
municipal government general counsel and Shenzhen Legal Affairs Office deputy director), president of the CUPL
Alumni Association Shenzhen chapter. Zhenzhen V&T Law firm partner Zhang Zhi was elected secretary-general.
