SPP Procurator-General Zhang Jun Visits CUPL

On the morning of April 15, 2022, Zhang Jun, Procurator-General of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP), visited CUPL and inaugurated the Research Base for Evidence Analysis of Serious Crime Prosecution and the Research Base for Corporate Compliance Prosecution. Procurator-General Zhang Jun also visited CUPL's Qian Duansheng Memorial Hall and the Research Achievement Exhibition of CUPL, and held talks with experts and scholars. Xu Xianming, a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), Vice Chairman of Supervision and Justice Committee of the NPC, and Vice Chairman of the China Law Society, Chen Guoqing, Deputy Procurator-General of the SPP, Song Demin, Vice Education Minister, Hu Ming, Council Chair of CUPL, Ma Huaide, President of CUPL, Shi Jianzhong, Vice President of CUPL, and Chen Guangzhong, Professor Emeritus of CUPL, attended this meeting. The meeting was moderated by President Ma Huaide.

The Supreme People’s Procuratorate and CUPL jointly established the Research Base for Evidence Analysis of Serious Crime Prosecution and the Research Base for Corporate Compliance Prosecution. Zhang Jun and Song Demin unveiled the bases.
