On April 22, the signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation agreement between China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Pan-China Group and the unveiling ceremony of the CUPL Practice Education Base were successfully held. Having been honored with the titles of “Pilot Enterprise for National Smart City Industrial Clusters Project” and “National Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Demonstration Platform for Public Services”, Pan-China Group has served more than 600 government agencies.
Chang Baoguo, CUPL Vice President, briefed the participants on CUPL’s research on urban development and governance, its cooperation models with International City Management Association (ICMA), as well as its multidisciplinary strength, and academic cooperation with government agencies. Yang Tianju, Chairman of Pan-China Group, introduced the group, highlighting its latest research and programs covering digital-driven urban development and low-carbon development. Subsequently, the Seminar on Quality Urban Development Guided by the Culture that Values Ecological Awareness was held.
