To thoroughly implement the guiding principles of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s key speeches and instructions on Hainan, as well as his important remarks during his visit to China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), Jiang Zeting, Council Chair of CUPL, and Ma Huaide, President of CUPL, led a delegation to Hainan from April 27 to 28. They met with key leaders of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government to further advance the development of CUPL’s Hainan Free Trade Port Institute for Rule of Law and Hainan International College, thereby better supporting national strategies and Hainan’s development.
