Professor Ren Hongsheng, Associate Dean of School of Political Science and Public Administration, China University of Political Science and Law delivered the second Confucius Institute Lecture on the topic, “One Belt One Road (OBOR) and the Development of the Caribbean Region”. He gave a comprehensive view of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
