On October 27, 2017, the final agenda of the “Chinese Culture Week”, i.e. the Chinese Culture Experience Event, was held successfully. The “Chinese Culture Week” which had brought students with enchanting experience of Chinese culture was also concluded.

At the beginning, Prof. Luminita Balan, Romanian Co-Director and Prof. Dong Jingbo, Chinese Co-Director of the CI at UB each delivered a speech, extending good wishes for the “Chinese Culture Week”. They hoped that all the participants could enjoy this grand cultural feast.

The participants firstly enjoyed the fascinating performances prepared by the faculty of the CI at UB and the Department of Chinese Language of UB. Then, the participants were engaged in three activities, including Chinese calligraphy, Tai Chi, and facial make-ups of Peking Opera. They were also invited to taste some Chinese dishes.

Through these activities, the Romanian people got closer to the charm of China and their understanding of the Chinese culture was also enhanced. We are confident that more and more Romanians will get to understand and love the Chinese culture.
