On the morning of July 8, 2014, Confucius Institute at the University of Bucharest received 25 angelic little guests from the Waldorf Kindergarten.
Led by their teachers, those lovely kids arrived at the Confucius Institute as a group. Thanks to the thoughtful and considerate preparations by the teachers and volunteers of the aforesaid Institute, those children had an amusing and wonderful taste of the Chinese language.
At the beginning, all the kids changed into traditional Chinese costumes, like Tang suits, cheongsam, etc. Instantly, those costumes worn by the white children took on a unique charm. Guided by the teachers of the Confucius institute, those tots started to learn Chinese for fun. Soon they could utter simple Chinese words, like "hello" (你好),"goodbye" (再见),etc. to each other. In addition, they were also taught the classic Chinese nursery rhyme-- "two tigers". After a short while, those catchy lyrics, cheerful melodies and vivid acting enable those cute learners to perform it with the teachers smoothly. After learning those interesting Chinese language, the adorable children were handed little gifts (lifelike paper-cuts of animals) by the teacher. Greatly fond of those strikingly vivid paper-cuts,they can hardly bear to put them down.
