CUPL Council Vice-Chair Gao Huanyue

Gao Huanyue, born in August 1961, is a female ethnic Han from Beijing. She joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1983 and entered the workforce in July 1986. She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a degree of Doctor of Laws. She is a professor and masters’ supervisor.

She is currently Vice Chair of CUPL Council, Head of the Organization Department, and Dean of the School of Marxism.

She is responsible for the university’s organization work, human recourse, and Office of Retired Staff. She is also in charge of the Law School of CUPL.
